Sunday, April 6th, it was time for the annual ice skating competition in Timmerviken. The warm weather in recent weeks had taken a toll on snow and ice, bare ground on land but the ice was about 50 cm thick.
Unfortunately, the competition clashed with a floorball tournament, so participation was lower than before. 19 adults and 9 children got their start cards.
Nice weather with sunshine, but the fishing was not great. Among the adults there were 10 fishermen who caught some fish, and among the children 3 fish. In total, 1987 grams of fish were pulled up, the largest fish was a perch of 200 grams.
Adults: 1st place Theres Nilsson, 2nd Angelika Sundqvist, 3rd Hans Boman, shared 4th Mattias Holmberg and Jenny Andersson.
Children: 1st Noa Eckhard, 2nd Melker Holmberg, 3rd Ester Stenlund.
Biggest fish: Melker Holmberg
